Two proposals on the October 13 agenda

The Las Vegas Planning Commission’s October 13 agenda includes a proposed 16,548-square-foot college building on 3.01 acres at the southwest corner of Bonanza and Pecos roads. The city is listed as applicant and owner for case 26-0384-SDR1. Staff recommends approval.

A separate application, 26-0406, seeks a transit-oriented-development overlay and site-plan review for a three-story, 90-unit apartment development on 2.70 acres west of Lindell Road, south of Charleston Boulevard. Staff also recommends approval. The agenda documents proposals and staff recommendations; it does not establish final approval or a construction start.

A final action record is still needed

The agenda scheduled the October 13 meeting for 6 p.m. at City Hall, 495 S. Main St. The public agenda was reviewed again that evening, but a final action record was not verified. The linked meeting system returned a sign-in page. No vote, approval, denial or postponement is inferred from the agenda. Check the city’s subsequent public action record before relying on an outcome.
