From pop-ups to a permanent restaurant
Lilli opened October 8 at 3616 W. Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101, according to Eater’s October 14 opening report. The Chinatown restaurant gives chef Tyler Vorce a permanent home after pop-ups and a residency at Durango Social Club. Eater reports that it occupies the former Le Café Central bakery space.
The restaurant describes its cooking as American ingredients prepared with French techniques. Vorce’s background includes five years at The French Laundry, according to Lilli’s official website.
