A new MGM Grand home is announced for early 2027

MGM Grand plans to open Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse in early 2027 in the former Crush American Grill space. MGM Resorts announced the move October 22 after the restaurant concept's two-year Strip run, describing the MGM Grand version as a new home with a fresh menu and reimagined setting.

The operator has not announced a specific opening day. The restaurant should therefore be treated as planned, not open, until MGM posts a confirmed date and reservation availability.

What the operator says is coming

The concept is tied to Four Sixes Ranch and its owner, writer-producer Taylor Sheridan. MGM says the culinary program will center on prime beef, including signature cuts sourced from the ranch, alongside ranch recipes, Texas-influenced dishes, cocktails, wine and spirits.

Plans also call for digital walls showing custom footage from Sheridan and a dining room by production designer Charisse Cardenas. Those are announced design and menu intentions, not a review of a finished room or final menu.

Details still to come

MGM says menu highlights, programming and the opening date will be announced later. The reviewed release does not provide prices, daily hours, a reservation release date, dress expectations or a complete accessibility description.

This preview relies on the operator's announcement and does not claim a construction completion, inspection approval or first day of service. Check MGM Grand's restaurant page before planning a visit.
