One premium section is fully committed

The Athletics announced October 5 that memberships in the Athletic Club at their future Las Vegas ballpark have sold out. The team describes the space behind home plate as its most exclusive hospitality product and says the sellout came 17 months before the ballpark’s scheduled 2028 opening.

This milestone applies to one premium club, not to every seat in the stadium. The team’s current sales site still lists season-ticket and other premium options as available, so the announcement should not be interpreted as a ballpark-wide sellout.

The team says most buyers are local individuals

According to the Athletics, 76% of Athletic Club buyers are from Southern Nevada and nearly 70% are individuals rather than businesses. FOX5 independently reported those team-supplied figures on October 5.

The figures describe this high-end product’s buyers; they do not establish the geographic makeup of the future ballpark’s full season-ticket base. The team has not published a complete seat-sales breakdown in the announcement.

What the sold-out club is designed to include

The planned Athletic Club will have a private entrance, a speakeasy-inspired design tied to Athletics history and steakhouse-inspired dining. The team says hospitality consultant Will Guidara and Aramark Sports + Entertainment are developing the space.

Its current ballpark site describes the club as reserved for premium season-ticket members seated behind home plate, with a private restaurant and supper club, table service, a lounge and an all-inclusive food-and-beverage program. These are planned features in a stadium that remains under construction.

Other premium options remain available

With the Athletic Club sold out, the team says the adjacent Diamond Club is now its most exclusive available offering and has limited space remaining. Dugout Clubs and Legends Lounge seats are also being marketed.

Prospective buyers can request information through the official ballpark site. The Athletics also operate an appointment-only Ballpark Experience Center at UnCommons, where visitors can view a model and interactive presentation of the planned stadium.

The larger schedule is still a projection

The team continues to describe 2028 as the opening year for the Las Vegas Strip ballpark. A premium-sales milestone does not by itself change the construction schedule or confirm a specific first-game date.

Buyers and visitors should use the Athletics’ current ballpark site for available products, appointments and construction updates. Pricing, inventory and completion timing can change as the project advances.
