A confirmed opening announcement

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas identifies October 15 as the opening date for Sip Sip Wok, its new counter-service Asian fusion restaurant. The resort’s dated announcement and current dining page both list the date. This brief is based on the operator’s information, not an on-site restaurant review.

The restaurant is inside the resort at 4455 Paradise Road. Its published menu description includes orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef and Malay curry salmon, alongside beer, wine and cocktails.

Kitchen and bar hours differ

The restaurant lists food service Monday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. All times are Pacific.

The opening announcement says the bar serves drinks for another hour after food service ends. On Friday and Saturday, that means food until midnight and drinks until 1 a.m. A late bar closing should not be read as an equally late kitchen closing.

Before heading over

The linked official dining page includes the menu and current hours. Check it for prices and any schedule changes before visiting, particularly if you are fitting dinner around a show. The operator describes a casual beer-hall setting and counter service; this article does not assess the food or promise immediate seating.
