A free festival spread across downtown

Neon City Festival will return to downtown Las Vegas from Friday, November 20, through Sunday, November 22. The organizer and Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority describe the third-year festival as free and open to all ages, with concerts, food and beverage vendors, art installations and other entertainment across a five-block footprint.

Four stages are planned: the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center plus the Main Street, First Street and Third Street stages beneath the Fremont Street Experience canopy. No ticket purchase is required for the announced public festival programming. Individual casinos, bars and other participating properties can still enforce their own age or entry rules, so a free all-ages festival should not be read as universal access to every nearby business.

Friday opens with Diplo and Cobra Starship

The Friday lineup is led by Diplo, Cobra Starship and Freddie Gibbs. The announced supporting acts are The Paradox, Babyface Ray, Summerlin House Mafia and Split Persona. The festival release says a local act will also be selected through its Rock the Canopy competition, while another guest remained unannounced when the lineup was checked.

That mix spans electronic music, dance-pop, hip-hop and rock. It also places Las Vegas and Nevada acts on the same event bill as national touring performers, rather than limiting local music to a separate side program.

The Fray and Three 6 Mafia anchor Saturday

Saturday’s headliners are Subtronics, The Fray and Three 6 Mafia. Slick Rick, Parachute, LUCKY, The Far Worst, Hoity-Toity and Kings/Kings are also on the announced schedule, along with a Unity Events showcase featuring Las Vegas-area DJs.

The organizer has not yet attached performance times or stages to the current public lineup. A band’s appearance on the Saturday list therefore establishes the day, but not an arrival deadline or a specific stage. Visitors trying to see one act should wait for the official set-time release before building a fixed itinerary.

Kaskade, Big Boi and Joyce Manor close Sunday

Kaskade, Big Boi and Joyce Manor lead Sunday. The supporting list includes Rich the Kid, almost monday, CID, Maesic, Quinn Ayers, King Cherry, Pure Sport and VOXXX. The LVCVA announcement says additional artists, set times and full stage details will be released later.

The three daily lists are useful for choosing a festival day, but they are not a complete timetable. Because the event covers multiple stages, the eventual schedule may include overlapping performances.

Use the 2026 pages, not an older FAQ

The festival homepage, the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center listing and the October 6 LVCVA release all confirm the November 20–22, 2026 dates. During this review, however, the organizer’s FAQ still displayed November 21–23 and explicitly referred to a 2025 map. Those legacy details were not used for this report.

Current 2026 operating hours, set times, street closures, parking guidance and a final map were not yet available from a consistent official source. Check the festival homepage and venue listing closer to the event rather than relying on a saved image or last year’s plan. Fremont Street Experience’s public parking garage is one downtown option, but rates and availability can change during major events; public transit or rideshare may reduce the need to move a car between stages.
