A September addition

Finney’s Crafthouse opened at Downtown Summerlin on September 21, adding a restaurant focused on American comfort food, craft beer and sports viewing to the west-side shopping and dining district. The address is 10955 Oval Park Drive in the Dining Arroyo.

The opening is the Southern California brand’s first in Nevada. A second Las Vegas Valley restaurant has also been announced for Town Square, but that future location should be treated separately from the operating Summerlin restaurant.

What distinguishes the space

In a September 21 interview published by Summerlin, twin brothers Greg and Brad Finefrock described two patios: an enclosed area with operable windows and an open-air space with umbrellas and misters. Their menu examples included a bison burger, a Mediterranean bowl and cheesesteak egg rolls.

The restaurant’s positioning is straightforward: a place where groups can watch a game and choose from a wide range of dishes. That variety may be useful when a table has different preferences, though it does not establish how the kitchen performs. This is an opening report, not a dining review.

Built around sports and families

The scale is substantial for a neighborhood tavern. Opening coverage describes a 245-seat restaurant, with 20 televisions distributed among the dining room, bar and patio. The reported footprint includes 5,395 square feet indoors and another 2,434 square feet outdoors. Those numbers help explain the emphasis on accommodating both a meal and a game-day gathering, although they do not guarantee an unobstructed television view from every seat.

The Finefrock brothers told Summerlin they chose the district for its mix of families, sports and entertainment, specifically mentioning the ballpark. That is the clearest statement of the intended audience: residents using Downtown Summerlin as a regular meeting place, alongside people already in the district for an event.

How to read the menu online

Finney’s official menu page separates food, drinks, happy hour and children’s offerings. It also requires a location selection, with Summerlin appearing alongside its California restaurants. The default menu visible on a first load can be for Westlake Village, so select Summerlin before using it to make a price comparison or plan an order.

The official site also offers online ordering and a wait-list link. Those tools serve different needs: a takeout order does not hold a table, and joining a wait list should not be mistaken for a confirmed reservation. A group organized around kickoff or another fixed start should check the restaurant’s seating procedure directly.

The brand says its first restaurant opened in Westlake Village and currently describes its footprint as 17 locations across California and Nevada. Summerlin is therefore part of an established regional company’s expansion, with another local opening still to come.

Before you go

Use the Downtown Summerlin listing to confirm current hours and patio policies. The property says dogs are welcome on the patio. Opening-day giveaways have ended and should not be confused with ongoing offers.
