What the operator currently says

Panini Kabob Grill’s official coming-soon page lists a restaurant at Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas as under construction, with a 2026 opening estimate. The same page explicitly says dates and timeframes are estimates and may change.

That makes the project a future dining option, not an operating restaurant to visit today. A mall directory entry alone should not be interpreted as confirmation that a tenant is serving.

The timing remains a range

SFGate’s September 10 report described Las Vegas as the Mediterranean chain’s first planned location outside California. It reported that founder and CEO Mike Rafipoor hoped to open in December or January.

The company’s broad 2026 estimate and the reported December-or-January target should be kept visible together. Neither establishes a firm opening day. Older promotional material also used earlier targets, another reason to avoid presenting a date as settled.

What to watch next

The brand is known for kabob platters, salads and sandwiches, according to the September report. For local diners, the next useful confirmation will be an operating location page with service hours or an explicit opening announcement.

Until then, use the operator’s coming-soon page for updates. This report does not publish a Las Vegas menu, price list or reservation instruction that the sources have not established.
